Cancellation and Returns Policy

Should you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 12 hours of placing your initial order.
An email of confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you by us confirming the cancellation of the order.
Orders cancelled after this time will not be accepted as cancelled and you will be liable to pay for complete order.

Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may do so within 14 days from the date of order, along with a returns form (see below for details)

If:

• the product is not what you have ordered
or
• the product(s) has arrived to you in damaged condition.

You must notify us via email within 24 hours.

Return of products not ordered must be sent back to us in condition received (i.e. product un-opened and ready for us to re-sell).

How to Make A Return:

In order to make a product return, you need to login to your account using the email address you used during the ordering process.
From Your Account area you will see a list of Orders that have been made, choose the Order that you want to make the return for the proceed with the return.
